Igbos are ungrateful because according to this old man ,awolowo gave a dominant ethnic group a paltry 20,000 pound after ensuring the death of millions and lose of unfathomable financial resources.

So the yorubas are the people holding millions in bandage right? Coming from not Ipob but an elder statesman from yoruba land.

Igbos returned to receive 25 pounds why changing the narratives? The properties in Port Harcourt didn't make them to be richer than the Igbos today.

Finally revealed the slaves that love their chain, you see why the yorubas are paying lip service to restructuring?

“This is the refugee camp of Nigeria. This is where everybody is welcome, accepted and looked after. That is the investment of peace we have been making from time immemorial"

Our brothers from the East can't fight this, though they're still very much UNGRATEFUL

“During the Civil War, when the Igbo went home, Governor Mobolaji Johnson looked after their property for them. Rents were in the banks and when they returned, their money was given to them to start life all over again.
“That is a fact. But the property they left in Port Harcourt were taken over by their neighbours and it took several years before some of them were returned to the owners.

Despite this, we're still being called names. To the extent that The late sage (Chief Obafemi Awolowo) kind gesture towards them concerning the 20000 pounds was seen as an ill treatment to them.

“We have demonstrated that we are the most accommodating, we are the cementing culture in Nigeria. So, there is no way we can secede. This is our home."
Nothing else to say

He is very correct. imagine if Lagos was in east?? we all kwn what will happen. Even in the yeast, they are some places that they wouldn't sell land to other tribes. They are very ungrateful but its not a surprise. its part of them. Look at Ontisha will tell u what will happen if Lagos was to be in the east

Then you should take your time to converse with your progenitors (Pa Zik in particular). you can ask him the reason he was fighting for one Nigeria, even though Ahmadu Bello and Awolowo was against that even before Independence. Try to do some research, once in a while.

Greed? Can you explicitly explain this
oga it's the greed of a Yoruba man that it making it seem as if they care for Nigeria's unity.

Take away the little they get from Nigeria and watch them scream like broken/empty container for secession.
It has happened several times.

Funny, Yorubas cannot go down easily.

You guys fought once they finish 3M of you guys.

Better start worshipping them or learn the tactics of seccesion and war.

Tactics wins war not Military might or Mouth.

It seems yorubas have a cognitive problem. People who have been colonized the second time are now claiming to be accommodating to their colonizer.

How can you claim to be the glue holding Nigeria together when you can't even leave Nigeria on your own.

The one that smacks me most is claiming that yoruba land is a refugee camp to easterners when it is the other way round . When there was crisis in the 60s in the east , how many easterners sought refuge in yoruba land vs how many easterners moved back to the east

Secession you pple keep shouting but does that change the fact that the like of Okezie Ikpeazu,Hope Uzodinma will continue to dominate the political sphere of the East even after disintegration. What we need is total turnaround from this corrupt existing system. It is high time we all come together and challenge this oppressors masquerading as leaders,if you think the North are doing fine let me ask you which region is battling the worst phase of poverty?. Even though an Ibo man becomes president come 2023 does that add to the economic fortune of the East.

Who is hyping Fulanis?
We and Fulanis never gree except maybe 2015 sha, because we've fought each other 3 times.

They can't win a United South, and BTW, the only way to leave this county is by secession or a United South sha.
Not by making mouth and threatening up and down like the Igbos are doing.

Jesu! which kind masses we get for nigeria like this? Guy, countries wey rich as we rich don leave us behind o! We dont even have ordinary electricity!

Whatever that will push our leaders and make life difficulty for them, we should push for it, even if it means breaking away, fine.

The current system only favours the ruling class!

Take a look at an average solder, he works for 35 years and may even struggle to build a house but ur house of rep and politicians will only work for minimum of 4 years and go home as billionaires. THINK, Nigerians, THINK!
Foolish poor nigerians that are ready to kill their neighbour for one useless politician?
