Guys can an Agbami scholarship awardee accept total scholarship as against the instructions being given by total not to accept any NNPC joint venture scholarship? Any penalty?

Folks have been on dual scholarship through out the years, its at your own risk though. Am also on PTDF, but letting TOTAL go is very difficult.
