to the best of my knowledge. Diri wouldn't have been governor. The past governor wanted him out of senate. So he gave him his seat and in turn MIGHT win the senate position.
That is just it,you corroborated my story.it was a kind of trade by barter,an exchange that is why diri will not perform.he did not get there by merit.same thing happened in my LGA where the outgoing chairman swapped places with a house of assembly member

Wrong.
You are talking about the Deputy Governor, who is from the same Bayelsa West as Seriake.

Diri is from Bayelsa Central.

It lacks every merit and subsequently thrown out the bin.

It's a case dead on arrival.

Failure to establish who those People he claimed voted for.

That render the case as no-case

Excepting Alaibe will explain why he became an anti-party person...what is he dragging as regards the case?

PDP Governors do this (I am not judging whether its right or wrong), but they don't do LG elections until the primaries are getting close.
LG Chairmen, Commissioners, Councillors et al...are statutory delegates.

So when the Govs intend to put their stooge, they conduct LG "selections" to actualise their ambitions.

So, I never did understand Alaibe's position.

So did the party do well by rigging him out and treating him unfairly? To most politicians there's nothing like party interest but personal interest.parties are just vehicles to achieve that personal interest.by right and to any level, alaibe should be governor before diri.he is far more qualified and experienced than anyone else in bayelsa pdp

Stop spewing trash.

If the supreme passes a wrong judgment that is clear to everyone won't we condemn it?

You didn't read the post. It is contention for the PDP guber ticket. Nothing concern APC here. Even if Alaibe wonhe is still of the same party.

In Nigeria politics, Is it by qualification?
Was it just to have taken Ambode out?
Was it just to have pushed Obaseki out?
What about Olusegun Abraham?
I can go on and on....

The Nigerian Politicosphere is a funny one. Unfortunately, we tend to choose interests rather than completely condemn the system.

It's now all over. Congratulations PDP. This will serve as a tonic to sustain d upper hand in d Edo battle.
How are the two cases related? Is there any supreme court case in Edo?....Are you planning how to challenge your loss in Edo? Mind you I don't belong to any political party

Ambode and obaseki do not fit into this analogy.we are talking of being rigged out in primaries, being cheated when you are overqualified.akeredolu is as much as qualified as Abraham if not more.infact, pastor is more qualified and experienced than ugly obaseki

But you campaigned for the ugly Obaseki four years ago, against the more qualified Pastor?
In other words, Sanwo-Olu is more qualified than Ambode (an incumbent)?

More to come Bayelsa election case is not over yet, this one is just that of TIMI of PDP primary, the main election tribunal matters are on their way, remember the case of the deputy of Douye Diri who also has issues on his educational credentials and NYSC cert
that one have been settled too.

That's your own interpretation.....

Did GEJ prepare himself for the Presidency?
Was he in running for it?....Go and read how he became the VP and then President with Yardua passing...

Similar circumstances played out for the rest..

Are they the most qualified and experienced Nigerians if I'm to take your input that Alaibe is the most qualified in the PDP and deserve to be Governor...

Is Trump the most qualified when he ran for President!

Am talking among the pool of aspirants and contenders and would be successors.with yaradua being nominated, gej was a possiblilty as a running mate being governor.with an ailing yaradua, gej being his wife was always likely to succeed him.there was no other person.even before gej was picked as vice,he was highly qualified and more educated than all other southern governors.he was the only one with a PhD then.

Trump was more qualified than most republican contestants but the primaries was never rigged.he was never imposes.he won through merit unlike diri

...and Diri wasn't the choice of Bayelsa PDP?

A former Commissioner and former Senator in Diri wasn't qualified.

What was Sanwo-Olu's highest role before he became Gov, as compared to a former Auditor-General and incumbent!?

We will go on and on.....but let's hope Bayelsa gets it right.
I congratulate Diri, the people of Bayelsa, the people of Kolokuma (of whom Alaibe is one), and wish them the very best.

As a Gov, he did nothing compared to his predecessor, the only difference is that his successor is worse

Fashola is the only Gov Lagosians have known and will know.
Ambode / Sanwo-Olu is a waste of time. Who cares about them kwanu?

If he comes out for anything today, he will get national appeal irrespective of tribe.

Without the support of Dickson would he have won? You said it moments ago that Dickson hurriedly conducted lg primaries in order to give him the edge.his choice divided bayelsa pdp.as a commissioner and senator,he achieved nothing and will do same as governor if his tenure is not annulled
