Depends on ur phone model
Option 1, Press power button while holding the volume down key ,hold both for some seconds
,enter unto recovery ,select factory reset ,,
Or

Option 2, Press power button while holding the volume up key ,hold both for some seconds
,enter unto recovery ,select factory reset

I pressed the power button n up key it show no command on the screen

It tecno camon I tried the other one it didn't work

Factory reset it
