if this post is about the 50 plots of land in abia state let me clear the air on what happened,I am a farmer and source lands from land agents,we got 50 plots of land for my client that was owned by three persons(1)Mr okereke 21 plots(2)Mr ngwu 15 plots(3)mazi anyaogu 14 plots.after proper verification with mazi anyaogu who is a titled chief and a member of the king's cabinet in the community,he gave us green light that all the land are genuine,we are doing all these in the company of our clients representative from owerri,after doing all necessary investigation s for almost 2-3 months,our client transferred money to all parties and documents were signed on December 2020,the land is planned to be used for agricultural purpose which I will consult and supervise and I was looking forward to that project,then fast forward to February 2021 we went to start work and was meet with a stop work order,on further inquiry on what happened we discovered that Mr chukwdi okereke that was paid for 21 plots which is the first land you will pass before the other 2 lands took the money and ran away to turkey without sharing it with his brothers,so that is the major reason of the stop work,the other lands are genuine but the eze of the community is not happy that his cabinet member did not tell him about the business so he will collect his share,with that as a reason he said we will not start work yet,which I know the reason is for us to settle him because he has approached us to sell other lands to us or to lease to us but we are insisting on the one we paid for,no money was transferred or sent to me, myself ,the representative and the agents sourced 2 different lands that we discovered that is not genuine before settling for this 50 plots in abia state,the fugitive Mr chukwdi okereke is declared wanted by the police,last year we successful sourced three lands for our clients,(1)100 plots in ubahu nneato(2)20 plots in akawwa and (3)200 plots in aroikpa,all these lands has been survered and beaconed and the owners are also nairalanders that will read this post ,this land issue is still ongoing at the king's palace,I did not conspire with anybody to scam my client,all parties that owned land signed the land agreement documents and the money transferred to their personal accounts with their names,I signed only as a witness for my client.
