That's about 3,040 ($7) Naira per person. Nigerian government revenue is quite low. And as low as it is, they are still stealing it. |

Seerade029:brother please lemme ask. I'm from an oil producing state (Akwa Ibom state to be precise) Governor Udom almost stopped paying minimum wage because according to him "the money the state receives is now low) if not for the intervention of NLC. Now my question is, the previous allocation was low (547 billion) but the sum of 37 billion was shared to the oil producing states while the present allocation has increased (651 billion) but oil producing states have received just 28 billion. why is this so? cc Mrfly |

More than 60% of these figures do not even get to d states & LGAs due to debt servicing. I remember Osun state during Aregbesola collected less than N100 million(N0.1B) for several months after debt deduction. Yet, they keep borrowing. |
