Hi fellow nairalanders. There's a plot of land for lease for fish farming in Rumuekini, Port harcourt, Rivers state. It has a four 15 ft by 15 ft concrete ponds, 2 tarpaulin 12 ft by 6 ft ponds, 7 white tanks, 2 1500L tanks and 1 2000L tank, borehole and tank. A place for a worker to live and a store. Sorry, I wouldn't want to rent it out that way. You know it may be difficult renting the other part out, if I rent out part of it. So, I would prefer either one person or if you can partner with someone else and take it as a whole.
