Have responded to something similar to this a while ago.

A payment Gateway or system isn't just all about what code a programmer writes.

There are lots of other things involved and not unless you have a way of providing lots of those other things, I personally never would be interested as an Investor.

I have done a research on this, if you are a programmer, we can put heads together to build this. Nothing is impossible.
