Can you post pictures? I believe there must be keys in the keyboard that handles that function

Is it that you couldn't find the screen brightness option in settings or is it that you are reducing the screen brightness level but it's not responding.

yes I press the button, still didn't reduce, the thing blind my eyes

That could probably be because of an outdated driver or a pending update.
Go to system updates on settings and complete all pending downloads.
Also try updating your graphics drivers.
I also find it strange that you couldn't get help on YouTube; keep searching nah, go on Reddit and Quora.
