Hmm, but looking at those data critically seems there are lots of lies inherent in it. 3trillion from 2016 to 2019? What's the total budget of the commmision for the last 10years?I doubt if if will suppase that figure not to talk of 3years timeline. 1000projects to one person? How many contracts has the commission awarded during the 3years timeline that only one person will get 1000 of it, don't get me wrong am not suppurting any body but the data isn't adding up, there are lots of falacies on this write up. It seems there is MAD(mutually Assured Destruction) going on.

You seem to be ignorant of the fact that 'awarded' doesn't mean 'executed' and 'claims of execution' doesnt 'amount to fund realeased'.

I am not unaware of your submissions, I express doubt in the data because they were not adding up for me. An organization with less than a trillion should hav no reason awarding contracts of 3T without alternatibe source of funding , remember they still cover liabilities for contracts awarded whether it has gone to execution stage or not as long as the terms of contract is not repudiated by any party. Why can't they publish their records for public consumption, so we don't see it as Mutually Assuared Destruction.
