I agree that nobody might have proved the existence of the sort of god that you describe here, but I must perhaps make you aware that the god that you describe is not the god of most people, nor are your expectations of God everyone's expectation of God. It sure is not the God as described in the Bible.

The god you describe is expected to defy logic and reason, but you will find that some mention a God that created the entire universe which itself is based on logic and reason which its creator, if it had one, must have heavily applied..
