His game reading ability is top notch : Ngolo careful ability to read a game before throwing a tackle was evident from 2015 till date with no red card something you supposed best player 'Henderson' cannot boast of.

He's very good at winning the ball back higher up the field which has helped not only Leicester and Chelsea to win games but the French national team. If you're still in doubt watch their world cup matches .
