They are controlling Europe already spreading all over the world like the Chinese to control economy while the blacks only care about doing drugs and crime so in short...

Like someone mentioned. Economic power. Years of slavery and oppression has kept them down for so long. They just started making headway around the time of MLK and other civil rights movements. Unlike the whites that have built generational wealth for centuries. Most can trace their ancestory as far back as many centuries. They created the system for themselves without blacks in mind except for the blacks to work in plantation and farms as slaves.

Blacks just started creating wealth themselves. They have just started breaking the barriers set for minorities (majorly Blacks & Latinos) by the dominant white race in America via access to education and other economic tools to help grow businesses.
