The whole thing started some years ago after hi-typhoid dealt with me. I use to experience this hand shaking whenever am writing, counting money, and even when i am moving the cursor on my laptop which is so annoying.

I am still in my early 30 so don't know what to do to stop this, i I'll be glad if you can share your experience and how you are able to get rid of it.

make sure you check your BP and then exercise regularly and eat fruits and vegetables

Monitor your blood pressure regularly and sure it's in the normal range.

could be spondylosis or something similar. Go and see doctor for tests. So you feel heat sensation in your hands?

Hello, go to the hospital for proper diagnosis. It is could be any ailment and not even Parkinson's disease.

Be guided accordingly, lest you have yourself to blame.

We don't know the cause so no diagnosis yet. However some who had Parkinson tremur did hyperbaric oxygen treatment. See the positive results here:
