The Government
The government had an agreement with the N-power before they registered that the program will last for 24months with 30k as stipends.
The government actually fulfilled their agreement BUT on the eve of the election, they promised to retain them if they are being voted for.

This is where the government failed, why will you make a promise without fulfilling it knowing fully we that there is no job in this country, why do you play them?, why don't you think of the consequences?

A right thinking government would do this at the inception of his government.
From 2016 - 2023, making it two years each with 4batches plus 500,000 beneficiaries will make other Nigerians to benefit from it, since you guys are using BVN, no one can be paid twice.

The government should understand that Beneficiaries living in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and other places where there is high cost of living, will have little or no savings from the 30l stipends.
A right thinking government would provide some incentives and skills for them.

The beneficiaries
I blame you the most.
Why will you guys believe whatever the government or politicians says?
What happened to having plan B?

We must stop depending on government, When you were in Service (NYSC), how did you cope with your 19k salary? Didn't you live? We have many Nigerians that ain't earning up to 20k per month, yet they didn't die.
How did you guys live before the government engage you.

Let me share this, 3 friends of mine were beneficiaries of the N-power here in Ondo.

2 of them were batch A beneficiaries. They partner and bought 2plots of land (150k each if I'm not mistaken tho) in one of the villages in Ondo South senatorial district.
Although they borrowed some money from friends, families to buy seeds and complete the money for land.

They bought it in 2017, although they had side hustle one was doing Aluminum shi, you grab?, and the other was doing computer business (like typing, photocopy, online registration etc). They invested in Cocoa business.
As we all know, there are two types of cocoa seeds, one grow for 3 - 5yrs I think and the other within 2 - 3yrs.

The last guy was in batch b, since the other two has started farming, he begged to partner with them as he can't get the money, he was asked to bring some certain amount of money, so they used his money to settle the debts they owned.

This is the 3rd year of their planting by Late this year and early next year they will begin to harvest it.

My point is, even if you don't have the cash to do it, partner with some beneficiaries around you and start a business.
