Build an app where self-employed people get to create a profile account with what they do and photos of accomplished works and reviews from people who have hired them and way of hiring this people using the app.

Have you thought of marketing and onboarding users? I am not trying to discourage you but marketing for tech products is very expensive. A lot of developers spend their time building what they think could one day take over the world but then no money to market it.
