Some ideas will so never work in Nigeria seeing the standards of leaders we have.

Dem norva even repair the roads that leae to the rivers/beaches let alone adapting such an idea that would be recreational and a possible tourist attraction site.

I am telling you. In a nation where citizens generate their own water supply (boreholes), their own electricity (Solar panels/inverters) and their own security.
