Miui is designed to suit different needs of users globally, including granting certain privileges only to developers.


Now taking hardware into consideration.
No infinix device including the Note 7 can handle the heavily skinned MIUI, due to hardware limitations on infinix devices.

XOS is just your average android skin with little to no developer support: This is mainly due to infinix's porous approach to technicalities.


Your friend will do well to compare MIUI to Oxygen Os.

Other OS skin, will always fall short when compared to infinix.
