I hope the driver of that truck has been arrested?
And I also hope that truck has been impounded with no hope of release?
If we really care about lives in this country,that driver or its company will be in serious trouble!

One of the reasons why we keep having this avoidable accidents is because the authorities saddled with the responsibility of enforcement haven't used one or two incidents to make as an example so that it can serve as a deterrent to others in the future!

Humans will one day die but not in such an avoidable and gruesome manner!
