Not above 30 at the time of graduation. Even if you're one day above 30 at the time of graduation, you won't be mobilized. Visit NYSC portal to find out. Don't be deceived by wrong info here!

it's at a point of graduation, someone graduated at 26, but mobilised at 31, he went for service
