every good thing comes with a price, have you enquired about the monthly rent? maybe if you find out, you will pip low.

We saw pictures of this around January when it was almost done, i think a church built it.

Can't recall but at least we know its a private owned hostel, govt own won't even have paint, just powder on the wall
