Pls what is the meaning of step father? As in how is a step father and the child related?

Whichever way they relate, I think this act should pass as the height of bestiality. A human did this to a 7 yr because of food? What? Unfortunately, I'm not close by. But honestly, if by any chance a man did this to even HIS own child in my presence, I will take it upon myself.

What sense has a 7 yr that you treat him this way for whatever offence? And where is the mother when this happened? Or is she also an animal?
