I believe if secrecy over the loans did not exist, the fears would not have existed.

It makes sense if one looks at it critically. China supplies the loans, completes the project and in case Nigeria defaults, China 'manages' the assets they used their loan to finance till their money is recovered and then returns the assets back to Nigeria.

IMF would wreck you to the core indirectly.
now compare that to the Chinese whose terms are clearly stated.
till forever I doubt if Nigeria would be able to payback IMF loan even if we stop borrowing and start doing things right.

The so called railway system cannot recover that money.

If they have taken over ivory coast and lybia, then that means Africans are weak, they took over during colonial times and now they are taking over again. Why can't Ivory coast take over Italy or Spain or Ukraine?? Playing victim won't help Africa this time.
