meccuno:Lol, don't mind the losers. Just pause for a moment and imagine that the abokis equally ceded Ohaji Egbema to Rivers State, same way they did to many Igbo communities, they would have been answering Ohaji Egbema ethnic nationality, and you will be hearing tales by moonlight stories on how they migrated from Benin and were forced to abandon their language, culture and tradition by the Igbos The stvpidity of some Black people is so disturbing. SMH! |

This is really impressive, a huge and positive change. I must commend the government for this, some notable brands are also working assiduously to ensure everyone's story has a turning point. https://fcmb.com/epic

Hopebringer:That's not why expatriate left, I think it had to do with local content. More Nigeria engineers doing the job than wasting money on expatriate. Same thing for warri. |

ahiboilandgas:I have observed that few weeks ago when I was watching a program on NTA about oil industries in Nigeria. Most of the private companies involved in the oil industries in Nigeria are either own by Yoruba, Igbo or SS people. More than 10 companies were interviewed and I couldn't see anyone own by a northerner. But na them go plenty and even head it's when it come to government agencies on oil e.g NNPC, DPR, PPPRA, NLNG and more. The same thing in Ports industry, na them dey head NPA when they don't even have sea talk less of ocean in their region. I don't even think there is any shipping company own by a northerner but them plenty for port authority. And since 1999, no southerner has ever head ministry of agriculture, na them cos it is like they believe it is their birth right, same thing with fct ministry. |

Nairalandmonika:Insecurity also contributed alot in them leaving en masse. Even some headquarters were shifted away from SS to Lagos cos of that kidnapping issue. That kidnapping issue seriously affected SS. |

slowice:It was the locally backed militancy and kidnapping of expatriates that ruined Rivers State and delta state . The local elders where sponsoring these boys thinking that the foreign workers can't operate without coming down to the state. So what happened? They left the region and took with them their forex Who lost at the end of the day? Today ordinary businesses find it hard to thrive in these states ... What you don't realize is expatriate workers bring hard currency they spend in your community and that gives the barber next door some income or the food seller and meat seller Look at Rivers State today , a wasted Poverty eroded , cultism and militancy ruled back water state If Imo and Akwa Ibom states are smart they will continue to avoid sliding down the way Rivers and delta state went .. |

Hopebringer:Many miscreants from Rivers especially from Ogba-Bini ethnic nationality in ONELGA have been migrating to Ohaji and infecting the youths with cultism and laziness. .Okorocha Rochas did a good job keeping those Ogba miscreants in check, I hope Uzodimma don't neglect them and allow them ruin Ohaji. cc: Abagworo. Tell your APC governor in Imo to keep a close eye on Ogba hoodlums from Rivers state migrating into Ohaji, opening branches of their cults their and corrupting the youths. |
