There's no bad review or anything wrong with Alat by wema, i have been using them for 2 years +.
About the pin issues maybe u have inputed a wrong pin 3 times before u were blocked.
And also before any transaction can be carried out an OTP will be sent to ur reg No to auth the transaction.
So ur money not reflecting early was probably network issues.
The day I made this post they had a general problem (even someone here had the same too)The problem was rectify even without me calling or mailing them.
So call they customer call for them to unblock ur account if you still care.
