There's no bad review or anything wrong with Alat by wema, i have been using them for 2 years +.
About the pin issues maybe u have inputed a wrong pin 3 times before u were blocked.
And also before any transaction can be carried out an OTP will be sent to ur reg No to auth the transaction.
So ur money not reflecting early was probably network issues.
The day I made this post they had a general problem (even someone here had the same too)The problem was rectify even without me calling or mailing them.
So call they customer call for them to unblock ur account if you still care.

Alat no go return your money once, you've debited wrongly or fail ATM transaction. They have a bad customer care service. I have been with them over since 2018. They are worse.

Every bank has it own issue, i have been using this bank since 2007 and i prefer their service compared to other bank.

My 10k still with them over 2years over fail cashless withdrawal transaction. I was told I got the money. I ask them for prove over and over again. Them block me.

The 2 one na last 6 months with alat by wema. I observe say them no charge me for all online transaction for like 4 days.on the 5 night I use the opportunity try luck .fund the total of 106k for my sporty.bet..& msport,1xbet.(not 106k each oo) withdraw for spoty..bet..& msport . since them no get conditions u fit deposit & withdraw immediately without placing any bet. before una go tag me . .
I wait for that months bank statement non of does transaction reflect for my bank statement.
Still today them never debit me
