Bro, what we have here is just humans disasters. And between the two, I still think humans disaster is still far better than natural ones. Most times natural disasters happens with nothing humans can do about it.

There are many reasons for it, somebody lit a cigarette and left it unattended, teenagers started a bush fire for a fraternity party in the wild and left with a hurry after fucking their brains out, some people fighting for climate change intentionally started the fire to get attention, Peoples reckless behaviour of bush fallowing and bush burning and uses woods as fuel, many many reasons, besides winter is approaching so we should expect more Bush fires around october- Nov. As it spreads more faster due to lack of moisture and heavy dust! (harmattan)

This one was caused by a malfunctioning vehicle, apparently.
Otherwise, could be lightning strikes, cigarette butts, kids playing with matches, anything...it's tinder dry and very hot there. Wildfire is part of the natural cycle there, even when humans are not involved.
