We are just in a bad situation

In all of this 25 years from now we will, we will be telling our children that Nigeria used to be very bad and they won't believe it. Then Nigeria would have been changed. And as grand ma and grand fathers we will share our bad history with our grand children and they will wonder if we are lying to them. Nigeria will still be great

Cultural issue in leadership in Africa. This is what l call slave mentality.

While the idea of democracy is getting better in Africa, a lot still is still desired. Here leadership is dominance. When we are in authority we want to dominate.

We want to be worshipped. We want to be seen as demigods which is the exact opposite of what leadership is about. Service is what leadership is.

As a matter of fact the people are also used to a demigod leader that when you don't wear an Agbada that is as big as a parachute, people may not regard you.

We need a young leader who truly understand the problems and have solutions.
