God bless you , let me add another practical example , I was in Maiduguri for 9 years , that was before the time of Boko boys .

I used to travel down east to buy motorcycle spare parts from our town Nnewi ,I used to buy from the shop of this man Innoson , yes the same Innocent Chukwuma.

Do you rem how those hawkers at flyovers in Lagos and Upper Iweka used to pursue and call customers ? That was how this man used to call customers , once u left the shop beside his own , he would rush u , that is this man Innocent Chukwuma.

When u enter his shop , there is no way you would know who is the boss, cos he would be hustling just like the boys serving him, the only thing that would make u know this was a rich was that GTB bullion van occasionally come there to pack money , yes he hardly took his sales to the bank, they used to come with their bullion van and pack the money themselves.

In fact, there was a rumour that Gtb bank branch at Nkwo Nnewi market would go to Innoson shop whenever they run shot of cash.

As I think about what u just said regarding making friends, I cant help but to wonder what would have happened if I had made friendship with him then, that's life for you.

Anytime I read about the progress of Innoson , I cant help but appreciate the capacity of human being to rise above above his environment and create the kind of life he wants for himself, this is what Innoson has done and still do.

Innoson isn't manufacturing car. It's only partnering foreign manufacturer to import part for assemblage. Nigeria can't get into car manufacturing if it submit to this approach. Car manufacturing is a real work of engineering that start with design, material science, precision tooling and building of component part. It can't be actualized without building a strong and creative education sector with investment into research.

how many companies produce cars in Africa as a whole ,most of them only assembly parts ,,,,
