This governor has shown serious commitment to his work.

He deserves all the encouragement he can get.

Sometimes all consistency needs to thrive is encouragement.

You can imagine the pressure on him to do like others.

He just have a very good understanding of what leadership is.

This is the kind of leader that will tell you to move in the heat of fire and you move.

Look at how he interacts with his people.

Motivating your soldiers as a lot not to do about money alone.

They have to see courage in you. The president of Chad we were told by Ali Ndume goes to the war front and cooks for the soldiers.

We have to do better and this has to start with getting young vibrant guys to lead us.

A leader must set the bar high. You can't be comparing your performance to Jonathan's performance. You are giving your security a space to pat themselves in the back.

I salute the governor for this. He has removed this political mentality from this terror war.

And like l have always said he should capitalize on this good will from Nigerians to mobilize Nigerians to own this war.

You can't just be a leader of a state like Borno and not be willing to die. Soldiers, civilians are dying. How can you not be willing to.

So our men in the front lines are being paid 1K to 2k everyday while some people are using 200k for renting cars in NDDC. This is a shame.

He also questioned their commitment. If you have over 1000 soldiers and 70 officers and you can't enter Baga The commitment is a great issue here

But here is the thing. The soldiers get inspiration from the officers and the officers the generals. The generals need to get inspiration from the President.

What are we doing to send inspiration down the chain.

Yes, the president has minced no word on making everyone know that he is serious about this matter but how well as he inspired.
