A Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state has resigned and refused to decamp to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Isikhuemhen Agatha Ono, an SSA to Obaseki, resigned from her position due to her ‘loyalty’ to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

 

It will be recalled that Obaseki decamped to the PDP after falling out with his predecessor and Ex-national chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole.

Ono joins a growing list of government officials who have resigned due to the Governor’s move to PDP.

��� Abi o. Somebody offered you money to resign. If he succeeds in his quest you profit. If he doesn’t succeed you have have profited. You have nothing to lose. You might even vote your conscience after collecting and resigning. No oaths taken. Even if so out of the money one hundred thousand can take care of that at the Church, Mosque or Babalawo’s shrine.

She was never a member of PDP, remember she came alongside with the Governor. it is not a lose for PDP.



Please somebody from EDO state should advice OBASEKI if not

From what I read on Facebook, PDP stalwarts in Ubiaja refused her a position hence the switch. She can't win any ward in Ubiaja so she's as useful as the P in psychology.

With the way things are going in Edo State.... Obaseki might end up decamping to APC to campaign for Pastor oooo...

Verdict: Those resigning are just going to take a bite from the campaign cake, most are secretly working again Ize Iyamu, only a few are genuine... The only real supporters He got right now are the thugs. APC leaders are mobilising PDP boys just to appear as if they are working and also get some share of captain Osa's cash... Those in Edo know that APC can't win in a free and fair election, too much anti party, just dey pity Oshiomole, the guy Don long for neck.
