There was a time I was experiencing sharp pain in my penis when I want to urinate, prior to this I didn't have any sexual involvement and this gave me some concern. I checked online and I see that is use vitamin C it will go.....i take vitamin C and d pain now gone...... Pls, what can u deduce happened in this case....

It is easy to excuse for that due to its antioxidant property and much of its acidic nature. Thus, can skew in between helping an inflammation or making it worse. It is only transient and you were only lucky to have got no sequelae.

I can't remember when last I ejaculated during sex. I could have sex straight 6 days without ejaculating. But the issue I am battling with is that my testis often times "pain" me. I discovered it to be "BLUE BALL". How do I go about this??

Do you have pains on your testes during sex?
Do you have pains on your after sex?
Does the pain on your testes seems to be low grade and always on the background?
Do you have pains on both testes or just a side?

Does this color change happens on erection of your penis only?
Does this this color changes happens even though there is no erection at all?

Have you being using any form of medications at all, be it for this problem or others?
Do you smoke?

Any history of discomfort or pains during urination?
Have you observed an abnormal folding around your testicular area?

Have you seen a doctor on this issue?

If you have suspicion of a Blue Balls, then you are obviously right. It is basically a slowness in the veins draining the erectile tissues of the penis. This will sustain erection more than it is necessary unlike someone with priapism, pains from it does not last long.

There is no considerable treatment for it presently, it is not a common condition with the average male population. Management may require:
•Applying a cold compress on the penis and scrotal sac.
•Involvement in any activity simple enough to remove your mind from a sexual scene. Watching a movie, playing a comic parody and others
•Use of pain relievers to assuage the pains.
•Causing ejaculation to happen faster.

Good day doctor. A doctor gave me camosunate and ammoxyl about 2 months ago to treat malaria. He said d ammoxyl was the main or original one from china. I discovered dat after taking it, it took me longer to ejaculate. To the extent i cant go more than one round within a short time unlike before and my ejaculate became smaller. I took 2 tablets 2 times daily. I didn't take any herbs or supplement except camusunate. And it's d first time I noticed it. I spoke to a doctor but she said the weekening effects of the camusunate will wear off which actually happened but then it still takes longer to ejaculate and I can't proceed to next round within 30 mins of ejaculating unlike before.

Alright. If this complaint were as a result of the Amoxicillin use, by now it should have leave off this effect. You will have to be patient a little more longer for a full recovery, and when it is not improving or getting worse, kindly report to a doctor again for full health review.
