As a body builder myself , I can tell you Eric doesn't require half the amount of food he consumes .
Yes, proteins are necessary for increase of muscle mass ectetra , but what Eric is doing is veering towards gluttony and it shows in his physical performances .

And I honestly wouldn't call Eric a muscle builder .
He's a muscular guy that keeps fit by lifting heavy weights .
But so far so good , he has shown ineptitude and lack of discipline required to construct a ripped physique.
A requirement for most body builders .

Body building isn't eating too much food but eating a little bit more of the right kind of food .

Hahaha... I have said it countless times that there's nothing new Laycon brings to the table. So far, he doesn't stand out from the rest of the housemates in any category. At best, he is just Efe 2.0

If anybody wants to stan his/her fave, it's cool. But if you can't point to ONE major stuff that makes him unique from others, then just accept that you support for personal reasons, not limited to the fact that you relate to him, or possibly out of pity.
