Yes,but the judgment is a nullity going by the provisions of the constitution and several supreme court judgments which forbids the executive interfering in legislative or judicial functions.a court cannot stop any arm of govt from performing its duties.the governor will continue going to court

Who declared their seats vacant? A court stopping inec from conducting elections into those seats simply means that those seats were not vacant...they have been properly inaugurated and that is that

Clearly you have not followed this news well. The speaker of the house according to their house rule which states that 181 days absence means absence from duty has the right to declare the sit vacant.

The speaker declared their seats vacant and the judgement from Abuja said INEC should not conduct election until the matter is resolved.
