So after using A5 Pro for 8 months, currently now on Android 10 custom ROM, I decided to get Umi A3S for my lil bro.

Hello Umibosses, I ordered A7pro on jumia yesterday. I wanted to opt for pay on delivery mode of transaction but I was told it doesn't function anymore because of corona that I should use Credit/Debit card. I initiated the payment using jumia pay but it wasn't successful and I received an email that the order has being canceled. Since then I've not tried to effect the payment. What surprises me now is that I received a call from a lady claiming to be a jumia agent. She said she will activate the transaction for me and I will have to pay on delivery at a particular pick up station. So pls, is it normal for an acclaimed jumia agent to call customers in this my situation? Why is it that the pay by delivery of mode of transaction that I was told that it doesn't function initially was what she asked me to use? Why was she the one that chose the pick up station for me? I might sound ignorant, pls enlighten me. I'm always wary of online businesses. Thanks.
