Go back to the replies i made.....Complacency is a common vocabulary that an average graduate in Nigeria is supposed to meant used to!
Its like saying you don't know simple vocabs like REPUTATION!
If at this IT age, you don't know what the simplest of vocabularies like Complacency implies,then you didn't attend English language classes in University which i highly doubt!
