Juju Priestesses At Edo Assembly, Curse Obaseki’s Enemies by IamHeWrites(op): 7:50pm On Aug 07, 2020

Earlier today, some spiritualists in Edo State on Friday joined women in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on a solidarity march to the Edo State House of Assembly in Benin City over the crisis in the assembly, Igbere TV reports.

The women walked from the Government House along Osadebey Avenue to the Anthony Enahoro Complex, along Ring Road.

According to them, they marched in support of the embattled speaker of the house Frank Okiye.

Mr Okiye was impeached on Thursday by 17 out of the 24 lawmakers at a private residence in Benin. A new speaker Victor Edoror was elected, Igbere TV reports.

The priestesses on their part laid curses at the assembly gate.

Speaking on behalf of them, the priestess of Ekutetebite Negwogho Group Princess lnibokun lmasemwenbor said she inherited her symbol of authority as juju priestess from her grandfather and whatever she pronounced on anyone will be so.

She said Governor Godwin Obaseki has provided social amenities for them including motorable roads and that is why she is “interested in the matter”.

“Obaseki is a peace maker, he gave us amenities of life and for that reason, I have to back him up with my strength,” she said.

Princess lmasemwenbor assured that Obaseki will be re-elected.

“Nobody will grab it from him and whoever says he will turn the state upside down to subvert the wishes of the people, help us tell such people that the head of our ancestors will torment them, all the deities of Benin kingdom should torment them,” she warned.

APC lacks Tactics...

They just successfully made the election between Edo(Obaseki) & Oshomole... Ize-Iyamu is not even in the equation..

How could they have allowed Tinubu to address Edo when a stigma of "Edo no be Lagos" is very rife...

Who advises these guys...

Oshi or Obas, which devil better pass another?
Just selfish devils regrouping and changing from one garment to another, but the dumb brains of most Nigerian youths have been programmed to automatically see the enemy of their enemy as their friend. While in reality, the enemy and the enemy of the enemy are both avowed enemies. Nigerian youths are some stereotyped bots who can't think outside the box. Those who are in party A today are the ones in party B tomorrow, just selfish, greedy old devils fighting for their pockets. Same color, different shades.
This whole country needs overhauling.
The leaders need overhauling
The youths need overhauling.
This shiithole is fvcked up big time, it would take a pandemic revolution to fix things.

Sure.
Devils have ranks.
One demon would definitely be more benevolent than the other, but in reality, picking one devil over another is a just a sad necessity, when there is no other choice.
This shiithole feels like hell, where the oppressed souls celebrate and happily pick one devil over another.
If any government were billion times better than another, the shiithole wont be stuck in the same ancient rat wheel, but oppressed Nigerians have gotten used to mediocrity for too long, they now see different remix of landmark mediocrity as billion times difference.

We, the sensible sons and daughters of Edo state, overwhelming stand in support of Obaseki. No man is God. We will never again allow godfatherism to thrive in.our beloved state. We will never again allow looters to seize power and appropriate to themselves what collectively belongs to all of us. We shall not allow one short devil with a lavish lifestyle steal our money to take care of his foreign wife.
