I am an Honda fan, however if you have the money to maintain either without stress , I will say go with the Avalon... It is more closer to a real luxurious car.

Maintenance is going nuclear...... If vehicle requires engine rebuild, purchasing replacement or major maintenance, do you think you can afford it?

Fuel is my issue for now.... 1K fuel would not cut it...........

If you can handle a spanner. Avalon is it. Accord should not be on that list. The factory gear problem is still an issue with that year model

If you must go for the accord make sure it is the i4, ensure you use the manufacturer specified fluid... This is very important

Also check the leg any time you do an oil change at specialist Honda mechanic and do necessary service as needed

As a low income earner, go for the Accord (4 cylinder).
Stay clear of the Avalon unless you can afford the weekly fuel expense. Avalon is a v6 and is heavy. How does 13mpg sound? cheesy

Op don't mind the deceivers ... Avalon for rest of mind. That accord ehn... It is when you are going to important places that it'll mess you up. Imagine dressed in white.... And the car will just remove you from the societal group with it's numerous issues.... Maa ra o.. from someone who loves you.

We are living only one life. Enjoy it. Accord has no enjoyment.
