Are u saying 4 flats that means the building with be double it would av front, centre and another building to the extreme, the feet from the fence to the wall close to the gate would be long?

Not double , 2 bedroom is small that on 600sm it will contain 4 flats each floor ,

Please Engineers, Architects, estate valuators and quotation experts or anyone that has a home that's 4 story building should chock mouth inside this matter , I want to know how much does it cost from start to finish to build a 4 story building, how much is someone that wants to build a 4story building aside the money for land, the total cost from foundation to roof, how much is the total cost?
I'm planning on doing one next yr 2021, and I want to know how much I should have before embarking on the project!

It depends on location for a stable land, a dry land for 8 flats it will cost you about 50 - 60m for moderate finishing, then if waterlogged will cost more than that,I just finished a 8 flat of 2 bedroom n mini flat and it cost 55m, it depends on finishing taste and location .
