I am using an infinix hot 8 phone which I bought 7 month ago.
Day before yesterday morning after waking up,I noticed my phone screen froze.It was unresponsive to touch after I put the screen on to input my password.This persisted for some seconds before the issue finally resolved.It continued throughout that day anytime I kept the phone still for sometimes and returned to unlock it.
Yesterday morning,I noticed another problem.i left my phone with 94% the previous night on airplane mofe.On waking up yesterday,My phone was on 87%.I was shocked considering that I kept my phone on airplane mode.
I came to the conclusion that the same issue was causing my phone to freeze and also the quick draining of my battery even on airplane mode.
How do I resolve this problem?

your phone is just 7 months old, take it to calcare.

The phone battery reducing by 6% is not the issue but what concerns me is that my my phone battery dropped by 6% on airplane mode.It keep my phone on airplane mode before I sleep normally and when I wake up the next morning,it usually drop by 1% until day before yesterday.

G, you've been using the phone for a whole so you should expect the battery to deteriorate anytime. It shouldn't be something you should be fussed about.

do some backups and try resettin the device.....see if that helps
