Aikuchukwu the Adamawa Bobrisky sold over 50 companies established by our founding fathers to himself, Obasanjo, their friends and their families at popcorn prices. The useless homosexual even pledge to come back and sell NNPC. Where were you then?

However, we will not allow that this time around. Due process must be followed to the letter.

If they must sell the airports to there family and friends, then due process must be followed.

This government is very useless and evil .

They've sold almost every sector of the economy to there family and friends for a peanut cake .

Amaechi is about to give away the sovereignty of Nigeria to Chinese government for his selfish gain

Too bad we found ourselves been ruled by APC.
Forget about these unionists misleading the public. It is the terminal buildings that will be concessioned not the whole airport. They know that in a concessioned terminal there will be no room for racketeering, extortion and inefficiency as exists presently . The airports under FAAN (particularly Lagos ) has been a joke. You can’t even compare them to airports in Lomé , Accra and Niamey.

These idiots don't know their methods are now old school.

The airporre would be concessioned and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it.

Re: Airport Concession: Aviation Unions To Protest by ntyce(m): 12:35pm On Aug 08, 2020
These unions are our major problems....

Same union stopped the sale of the refineries by Obj years ago.

Imagine if they had been sold, they could have been functional by now...

There are not enough books in the world to write the names and acronymns of all the associations in Nigeria. Heck even yahoo boys' mothers formed an association too.

Which agency in Nigeria is actually free from corruption? I mean, what is working up to standard in this shithole?

Too many cooks spoils the broth undecided imagine three unions (if not more sef) under just one agency/ministry. You can also imagine the angry tone they all would be run, we can't make progress in the country with these kind of situation pervading all sectors of the economy.

It's clear government running the airports is not working and they need to do something else. It may have worked out elsewhere abroad but that's because they've got well trained civil servants and workers who are dedicated to their job and its in their culture to not do anything detrimental to their country's image. We are screwed here. angry

You lost your right to complain if you didn't vote at all ... in fact those who remain politically docile are a bigger problem of Nigeria than the corrupt politicians.
Whether you voted or didn't vote for this clueless government, you must continue to be vocal and take action if the need arises. We owe the future of Nigeria that obligation ... if we are not to lazy or selfish to remember that obligation.
Re: Airport Concession: Aviation Unions To Protest by moredollar(m): 4:16pm On Aug 08, 2020
What kind of country is this? Must everything be concessioned. What then can the useless government manage themselves?
Re: Airport Concession: Aviation Unions To Protest by Nobody: 6:45pm On Aug 08, 2020
If you really care for the future of the aviation sector in Nigeria, you'll support the concession of the airports. If the FG alone cannot fund and maintain our airports to the point where they're now at a decay, a concession agreement will allow the private sector to come in and take a bulk of the burdens off the FG. As long as the FG solely handles the construction and maintenance of our airports, we're going nowhere.

Some things may change, yes... but the infrastructure in the airports will greatly improve. In Lagos, the best road still remains the Lekki-Epe expressway which has been maintained only by a concession between the government and the LCC.

However, all outstandings should be paid to these protesters so everyone can go their separate ways. undecided undecided Everybody dey fight for wetin go benefit him pocket and not the greater good.

Name the sector of economy sold! Liar! And which sovereignty is Amaechi given away? When your sovereignty has long gone in the last 16years! For the first time, Loan taken are being used for the reason it was taken! You are wailing like a bereaved being!
$460 million was taken from the same China for CCtv in Abuja, nothing was done, you went on silent mode!
Awon Afenifebi cum enemy of progress! If any government don't want our asset seized, then we should level up and pay as @ when due and stop acting like Child! Grow up for a minute in your life!
