Odiriance4all:OP why not be self employed rather than looking for an employer.....I know as a baker you don't need very much capital to start any food function what u need do is position yourself for service(s).....I am a Business Development Manager+ Consultant and with my vast transaction relationship in the Food sector with Chefs and bakers alike I must tell you there is more profits...... you can start something yourself no matter how small.
