They suddenly realised that they need hardware to fight insecurity. When the soldiers at the war front requested for equipment to fight insecurity they were courtmarshaled. This is another throwing money away because am very sure no equipment will be bought because their head earlier said have and that soldiers were just complaining otherwise they have everything to figjt he war, so, why the purchsae,? This is another way fo open door for new sets of people to steal billions. |
