Great way to look at it. You are being paid to give value. You are not being paid sit and enjoy your life.

For me the value is creating wealth

Creating wealth is in the dictionary of our leaders.

You have about 5% of the landmass of Africa with about 200million people. Yet you can't create wealth.

Then you are not fit to rule.

Nobody says it is easy but there are people who can do it.

We leave in a society that don't value ideas.

You have leaders who don't even know that they don't know

Indeed, if riches were horses beggars we ride.

There is no way you will have all the ideas as a leader.

Infact you will most likely not get those fresh ideas because you will be busy and distracted mentally.
