We completed the Plastering of L-Pad II today. Going to work on Doors next and maybe window hood. Its time to take a break before the Interior... That's always the hard and scary stage for me...Detail, Detail and more Details. God is Great!!!

For all the 40 Units of windows; its costed me #150K for material and labor

Door Painted...Im glad we went with the locally made doors. The decision was kind of hard but anything to promo our home based is good for me.

Hello my ppl,
There are many communities in Nigeria that are underrated and underrepresented online. Such is Opic Estate Agbara. Even the Opic government are not doing justice to the Estate. It's beautiful place to live. Check it out yourselves and please add pictures of this area if you have one. I'm not selling anything ooo, just love the area and feel I should share. Thanks

The last time I was in Agbara was about 22 years ago. I really love the estate. I attended Living Soul Baptist Church then.

@Femi,

The Builder is an Old school person and knowledgeable but do need little guide on doing Modern work. He is a good man and i can recommend him from my experience working with him thus far. As we all know, our people are not always 100% all the time but he is a fair guy and his Team is ok too.
