Most of these stories are illegal surrogate mothers/homes whom the beneficiaries don't want the donor to live with them, so most-times they camp In "baby factories"..., both for security and deniability purposes.

The Govt should relax adoption policies and surrogate policies as-well, that way a lot of unfortunate women would take the legal route..

If an illegal surrogate mother charges 300k, while a legal adoption charges N4m with years of paperwork, its won't be far fetched the option most would go for.
