They should be fast please, I'm tired of spending hours before getting home.
The mad traffic jam usually starts at Golden gate these days, tired of getting home by 10pm when I actually left the Office around 4-5pm cry

ForeThinker:
No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
Life truly goes on -THIS IS A FACT.
It will be better tomorrow - THIS IS NOT A FACT in fact, the probability of things getting better tomorrow is the same as things getting worse.

The whites always have the "technical know how"
This life no really balance
Not just about technical know how... Even if Nigerians know exactly what to do, will they do it??! Will they not pocket the money and intentionally do substandard jobs??!... It's more of an integrity issue!

I won't even trust a fellow Nigerian to execute the building project of my personal house.

Curing of concrete alone takes 21 days after casting. Are you saying that you will do the entire form work in a day. Same day you move all men and materials to site. And accomplish all of this in a month? Can you please share the name of a standard bridge built across 10km of water that was built in 21 days? I'm interested in reading about how they did it?
Re: Update On Third Mainland Bridge Repairs (Week 4) by sulaak(m): 8:42pm On Aug 15, 2020
Is this suppose to be progress? huh huh

The FG better introduce toll gates on the bridge to fund maintenance and operation support.

Ok

Why is Nairaland usually dull during weekends?
Because people don't have the benefit of using office wifi or internet to stay online forever. Other reason could be that people are f.u.cking.

Its week 4 and the repairs are ongoing!

Work-In-Progress: Blasting of the second expansion unit to remove the old joints has commenced.

Process: Using the hydro-demolition robot, the blasting is done with water to prevent mini cracks and for the easy placement of new joints.

I observed the iron rod on the bridge is rusty...the one inside the bridge is even preferable than the one they want to replace it with...

Naija, which level?.... Oyinbo people don't value us at all...

I didn't see any good work being carried out on the bridge projects...calculated and a ploy to embezzled tax-payers money.....
