The Peoples Governor Godwin Obaseki Earlier today, over 2,000 of His supporters who came out to reinforce their support for His reelection, in a carnival-like march termed the Umbrella March,

Addressing the crowd of mostly women and youths, The Governor thanked organizers of the campaign rally, the Edo Voters Volunteers Assembly (EVVA), for mobilizing my supporters from across the 12 wards in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State.

He further appealed to the supporters not to partake in any act of criminality in the build up to the election but to report such to the authorities, using a dedicated phone number.

He also promised that upon His reelection, my government would perform better than in his first term, as we would have succeeded in liberating Edo people from those who wish to take us back to ills of our past.

The man may have made mistakes as a novice politician but not in governance. Speaks to what really is important to us as citizens.
If it's about party, then we are on a long thing in this country because they'll keep packaging nonsense to sell through any of the party, like we're enjoying the government that was meant to bring change.

He needs wards by wards to familiarize with his new party faithfuls. Izu has APC structure with Adams, they don't need ward to ward. Grass root is where power is and izu got it. Obaseki needs to match up to that too

Governor Obaseki shut down ring road today, the people loved the governor. I witnessed the crowd. It's only God that can stop Obaseki. Obaseki brought life to PDP in Edo State. People are supporting him mainly and not the party.

got nothing buddy - a man that just decamped from pdp last december and someone so rubbished by osho in the last election ?

you seem to forget that OBASEKI had a structure in APC at the ward level before he was disqualified - he had on SSA in all 192 wards and these 192 SSA's had a team of at least 30 officials working to reach out for the governor and they have been on ground since September 2018 - those are the people working against Ize Iyamu from within right now within the APC - do not forget -Obaseki was an APC governor for at least 44 months until last month and he has a lot of supporters within APC who will never vote for Ize- Iyamu but are just towing along to dilute his influence - that is why Ize Iyamu needs that ward to ward campaign - Osho made you guys think everyone in APC hates Obaseki - not true Sir
