I don't see how you can press charges against this person except on the basis of copyright infringement.

As for hate speech, it will be hard to prove that the uploader uploaded the video with malicious intent to cause Erica distress.

For one thing, the video was already on a lot of people's television screens, and they had seen it.

It was no longer a private sexual film. It had become a public content.

If you check this same website, you would find videos of raw bathroom sessions from Big Brother Africa.

Wow, this means people should not go on this show, you will be picked apart for anything and everything you do. I would still get lawyers involved if I were Erica.
