I agree with you. But we know how Niger Deltans will embezzle the resources, from what we see in NDDC, the Ministry Of Niger Delta and the Niger Delta Governors. With the resources at their disposal even now they could compete with Dubai and any other oil producing countries, if only they truly cared about their people.
